OBJECT_CREATED_PUT on object deletion

When I delete an object from my Tigris bucket, the webhook payload specifies the event as OBJECT_CREATED_PUT``OBJECT_CREATED_PUT. Shouldn’t it be OBJECT_DELETED``OBJECT_DELETED?

I’ve found the issue. In certain situations when the object change was replicated from another region, the object notification index was not recording the correct change event. I’ve made the fix. It will be deployed as part of the next release.
