# Cannot access objects from public tigris bucket

Hello,

I created a bucket on Tigris and made it public. When I (or my app) navigate to any object of the bucket (images) I get **Access denied (403)**.

Any ideas about what could be going on?

you need to use x.t3.tigris.dev not t3.tigris.dev/x/
