Migration finalization

Is there a way to get a report of which objects have not been migrated? Better yet, is there a method to migrate objects without downloading them to the client?

@da_man_rocks We have introduced this functionality in CLI

You can check the command using

t3 buckets migrate help

It's available from 2.18.0

You can check your version using

t3 --version

If you're using >=2.15.0, you can update to latest by running

t3 update

Hey @da_man_rocks, we do allow migrating objects on HeadObject requests as well by using the header X-Tigris-Schedule-Migration: true this way there is no download of an object needed.

There is a way to know which all objects have been migrated by performing a list operation and setting source as Tigris in the header like X-Tigris-List-Source: tigris

Is this functionality available in the Tigris CLI? Would be awesome to have a command to "finalize" the migration by scanning all the objects to make a list of unmigrated objects then perform head requests with that header for all of them.

Thank you for the feedback and this is exactly what we are planning to extend CLI with and just discussed internally about it. I am hoping we should have it soon.
