Strong consistency within a global bucket?

Is X-Tigris-Consistent: true supported for a "global" bucket?

Alternatively can X-Tigris-Regions: fra be specified for both PUTs and GETs in a global bucket?

I'm looking for a way to guarantee strong consistency for write-then-read across clients in different regions (at the cost of increased latency) for a small subset of keys within a single global bucket. Is this possible?
