### Tigris storage + Cloudflare image resizing suddenly stopped working

Our app uses a Tigris bucket (via Fly.io) to store images, and Cloudflare's image transformations to optimize them. Today, all these images have stopped loading with the error "ERROR 9504: Could not fetch the image - download timed out". Was there a change from Tigris that might block Cloudflare from accessing the bucket? It was working previously and we've made no changes to bucket configuration or any other part of the app...
