# Delete a bucket

```
DELETE https://mgmt.storage.dev/v1/providers/:provider_id/orgs/:org_id/buckets/:bucket_name
```

Deletes the bucket and all its contents. If the bucket is not empty, it will not be deleted unless the `force` query parameter is set to `true`.

If set to true, deletes the bucket even if it's not empty
