Remove custom domain from bucket

DELETE https://mgmt.storage.dev/v1/providers/:provider_id/orgs/:org_id/buckets/:bucket_name/domain

Removes the custom domain from a bucket. After removal, the bucket will only be accessible via its default Tigris URL. The CNAME DNS record can be safely deleted after the custom domain is removed.
