Remove all lifecycle rules from a bucket

DELETE https://mgmt.storage.dev/v1/providers/:provider_id/orgs/:org_id/buckets/:bucket_name/lifecycle

Removes all lifecycle rules from the bucket. Objects will no longer be automatically transitioned or expired. This is equivalent to sending a PUT request with an empty rules array.
