List snapshots for a bucket

GET https://mgmt.storage.dev/v1/providers/:provider_id/orgs/:org_id/buckets/:bucket_name/snapshots

Lists snapshots for the bucket, ordered by creation time. See https://www.tigrisdata.com/docs/snapshots/.
